Livestock drop-off

Scheduled processing begins Monday and Wednesday mornings.

Livestock should be ready by 10 a.m. You may arrive that morning or leave the animal in the holding pens the night before.

After-hours livestock drop-off

Using the holding pens

  1. Choose an empty pen suitable for the size and number of animals.
  2. Use the gates to guide the livestock safely into the pen.
  3. Write your name and contact information on the whiteboard hanging on the gate.

Livestock must already be scheduled before it is left in a holding pen.

Pickup

We’ll call when the order is ready.

Once contacted, you may pick up during business hours without making a separate pickup appointment.

Processing time

Timing varies with each order.

Processing time may vary depending on the size of the animal, your cutting instructions, and our current workload. We will call when your order is ready for pickup.

Payment methods

Cash, card, or local check

Payment is made when the processed order is picked up.

Long drive?

Bring an ice chest

An ice chest is recommended to help keep meat cold on the trip home.

Deer season is different

Dropping off a deer?

Deer can be dropped off during business hours and after hours; they do not follow the livestock holding-pen process. Review the Over-Nite Deer Cooler, half-barrel, and tagging instructions before drop-off.
